Refund policy

At After Diamonds, we take pride in the quality of our diamond jewellery, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a customer needs to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have established the following returns and refunds policy, which complies with the UK distance selling regulations as a minimum requirement.
You have 30 days from the date you signed for receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange. To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1) Contact us at before returning anything. In the email, please provide us with your original order number and request a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
2) We will provide you with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER and detailed instructions for safely shipping back your purchase.
This will enable us to track your purchase and the progress of the return and, where necessary, the refund to you.
3) Please ensure that the items you are returning are in the same condition as delivered to you and that the original tags and packaging remain intact.
4) We will make arrangements for the free return of your jewellery.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on engraved items or custom-made products.


We have a few exceptions to our money-back guarantee:
1) Outsized rings: We accept returns on unused rings in sizes J through Q for both men and women. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any 'outsized' sizes.
2) Wedding rings: We do not accept returns or refunds on any wedding bands, whether for men or ladies.
3) Eternity rings: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on select eternity rings from the 18K white gold, yellow gold, and platinum collections.
4) Items with Engraving: We do not accept returns or refunds on any engraved products.
5) Items Made to Order: No returns or refunds will be accepted on altered or custom-made products.
Of course, any items that you receive in a faulty condition can be returned to us to make good. We check everything before despatch, so this should not happen!
We will inform you of any exceptions to our returns policy before finalising your purchase and seek your approval for the exception.

Our return and refund policy is applicable to our international clients, just as in the UK. However, please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for any international shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges.
